Storage

Garisol inks are stable for long periods of time at room temperature and prevent from direct sunlight.Combustible similar flash points should be stored in grounded container ina an area with adequate ventilation.should always be stored in tight containers to prevent loss of nature, and it is good practice to store all onks.Some are susceptible to moisture absorption,which can affect rate of cure and other properties.Each anticipated condition of elevated temperatures storage should be checked to determine its effect on the inks.

Safety

Stir Garisol inks prior to each use.Always pretest before use to establish suitability and procedures prior to production.Because of the variety of materials used in Garisol ink system the following discussion is intened as a general guide only.Regularly updated materials safety data(MSD) sheets are available on all garisol products.

Hazards, Toxicity Resins

There is no involved in garisol products of hazards and toxicity resins.

Handling Percautions

The Garisol ink system – comprised of resins, curing agents, modifiers,fillers,etc.Be sure that personnel handling these materials maintain stricty cleanliness,both of their person and the area in which they work.There is no substitute for cleanliness and good housekeeping.

Spills & Disposal

Trained workers may dispose of waste by controlled burning in an adequate incinerator,or by burial in an approved fulfill.In disposing of any wastes, be certain all applicables federals, state and local regulations are meet.

First Aid

If splashes of chemical products enter the eyes, the latter must be immediately irrigated with running water under the tap for at atleast 10 – 15 Minutes.Eye baths near the working areas are strongly recommended.A doctor must be called immediately in every instances.

Don’t use making of any light colourshade with standards orange and scarlet red.use only mixing orange and marron red.
