Plastisol Inks

Plastisol inks are used in printing and coatings for textiles .Polyvinyl Chloride(PVC) has been found to be the suitable polymer resin for plastisol compositions.

The plastisol textile printing inks of the preset is substantially free of AZO, Formaldehyde, Heacy metals, penta chloro phenol and tin.Plastisol inks having good storage stability, excellent wet-on-wet printing characteristics and having curable temperature of 135 – 160 C for 1 – 2 minutes depend upon the colors and fusing temperature 150 – 160 C for 3 – 10 Seconds with optimum pressure.On the 100% cotton fabric plastisol inks print in the time of washing gives color fastness loundering and co;or fastness rubbing gives 4 – 5 washes.

Plastisol inks are described as a user – friendly ink and it is very easy to use automatic / manual machines.Plastisol can be left in the screen for extended periods of time without clogging the mesh.It is already to straight away from the container.In most applications.It can be printed wet-on-wet.

Plastisol inks are used for textile printing screen mesh is 140 – 160 mesh for direct prints.100-120 mesh for metallic prints.60-80 Mesh for shimmer.20-60 mesh for glitters inks and squeeze is 60-80 durometer of sharp or beveled edge and every time clean screen mesh and squeeze with reducer.
